I found a script that will help you to change default one for them all

to change it use
xdg-mime default org.kde.dolphin.desktop inode/directory application/x-gnome-saved-search
xdg-mime default org.kde.dolphin.desktop inode/directory
Replace org.kde.dolphin.desktop
with your file manager .desktop file like for an example org.gnome.Nautilus.desktop

xdg-settings get default-web-browser
to change it use

with your file manager .desktop file like for an example firefox.desktop
